SaladO operates as a network of cloud kitchens, cafes, and franchise-managed outlets dedicated to delivering fresh, nutritious, and delicious meals. While we strive for consistency and quality across all operations, some variations may occur due to factors such as local sourcing of ingredients, regional preferences, and operational capabilities. By engaging with SaladO, you acknowledge and accept these variations as part of our service delivery.
Subscription Plans
SaladO offers subscription plans designed for customers seeking a convenient and cost-effective way to enjoy regular, healthy meals.
- Plan Enrollment: Subscriptions must be activated through our official website or authorized outlets. Payment for subscriptions must be made in advance for the selected duration (weekly, monthly, or yearly).
- Renewal and Cancellation: Subscription plans automatically renew unless canceled at least 7 days before the renewal date. Refunds for cancellations will be provided only for the unused portion of the subscription, subject to our review and processing time.
- Plan Modifications: Subscribers may request modifications, such as changes to delivery addresses or meal preferences, but such requests must be submitted 48 hours in advance of the scheduled delivery to allow for adjustments.
- Non-Transferable: Subscriptions are personal and cannot be transferred or shared with others.
Franchise-Managed Outlets
Many SaladO outlets are independently operated by franchisees.
- Franchise Operations: Franchisees are required to comply with SaladO’s operational standards, menu guidelines, and customer service policies. However, SaladO is not directly responsible for the day-to-day operations, employment practices, or business decisions made by these franchisees.
- Customer Concerns: Any disputes, complaints, or issues related to franchise-managed outlets should be addressed directly with the respective franchisee. SaladO will facilitate communication where necessary but is not liable for franchisee-related matters.
- Ownership Disclaimer: Products, promotions, and services offered at franchise outlets may vary and are subject to the terms set by individual franchise owners.
Cafes and Dine-In Services
Our SaladO cafes provide an enhanced dining experience with extended menu options and exclusive offerings.
- Pricing and Menu Variations: Prices and menu items at cafes may differ from those available through cloud kitchens or other outlets due to local market conditions and operational costs.
- In-Store Promotions: Discounts, loyalty programs, and promotions at cafes are location-specific and cannot be applied to online or subscription orders unless explicitly stated.
- Health and Safety: We prioritize customer safety and hygiene. Any concerns regarding in-store cleanliness or food quality should be reported immediately to the cafe management or our customer support team.
Online Orders and Delivery
Our online ordering system is designed for ease of use, ensuring customers can conveniently access SaladO meals from their preferred locations.
- Order Fulfillment: While we aim for timely delivery, factors such as traffic, weather, and order volumes may cause delays. Delivery times provided are estimates and not guarantees.
- Order Accuracy: If your order is incorrect, incomplete, or unsatisfactory, you must notify our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery to resolve the issue.
- Delivery Responsibility: SaladO partners with third-party logistics providers for deliveries. While we carefully select our partners, SaladO is not responsible for delays, damages, or failures caused by these providers.
Refunds and Cancellations
SaladO strives to ensure customer satisfaction. However, refunds and cancellations are governed by the following policies:
- Subscription Refunds: Refunds for subscription plans are issued only for the unused portion of the plan and are subject to SaladO’s discretion.
- Order Refunds: Refunds for single orders are granted in cases of incorrect or undelivered items, provided the issue is reported within 24 hours.
- Cancellation Requests: Customers may cancel orders before they are prepared. Once an order is in preparation, it cannot be canceled.
Food Quality and Safety
SaladO is committed to using the finest ingredients and maintaining the highest standards of food safety.
- Ingredient Sourcing: We partner with trusted suppliers to ensure all ingredients meet our quality standards. However, availability may vary regionally, and substitutions may be made when necessary.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes or claims arising from the use of SaladO’s services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nashik, Maharashtra.
